Job Title: IT Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years of expertise in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, service availability, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards, while also mentoring and developing junior staff and fresh graduates.

  • Oversaw IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Managed incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
  • Utilized ITOM platforms to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Ensured system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
  • Developed and implemented operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
  • Automated recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborated with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conducted root cause analysis for critical incidents and implemented corrective actions.
  • Trained and mentored graduate trainees and junior staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.
  • Drove continual improvement initiatives within IT operations to align with organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Implement and maintain IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure disaster recovery readiness and business continuity.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms, cloud infrastructure operations, and IT governance standards.
