Pan India Financial Operations Manager

The role of Finance Controller is a critical position within an organization, responsible for overseeing the entire finance and accounts function. This includes fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, management information systems, IT, income tax matters, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Value Added Tax (VAT)/Service Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Monthly review of financial reports, finalizing accurately monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other compliance requirements.
- Handling procurement to payment, order to cash, capital expenditure management, salary and employee reimbursement processes.
- Overseeing fixed assets, including maintenance, depreciation, and disposal.
- Conducting financial statement variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyzing financial data to provide cost-saving opportunities to the management team.
- Ensuring timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
- Preparing and finalizing income tax returns, GST returns, TDS returns, and reconciling input tax credit with zero non-compliance under GST and income tax acts.
- Managing daily cash flow and working capital effectively.
- Effective leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve peak performance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Expert experience with accounting systems, preferably using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High-level attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and partner with others to promote teamwork.
Candidates should have experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India and be well-versed in account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax act requirements.
Candidates with experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Retail industry will be preferred.
