Job Description:

Senior Software Requirements Analyst

This is a full-time remote role where you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful iteration management.

The candidate will translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications, facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, and oversee the implementation and iteration of product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

As a key member of our product-driven team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of an AI-first no-code platform transforming enterprise software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or enterprise application development is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
