Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Expert
Your role and responsibilities:
  • Work with a strong, experienced team to deliver complex technology solutions to international clients.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, take on more responsibility, and progress within the QA team.
  • Document test strategies, prepare test environments, perform integration and system testing, regression testing, and raise defects in the system.
  • Independently test software systems end-to-end and analyze root causes of issues observed during testing.
  • Excellent communication skills, question vague requirements, and present testing strategies effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured approach, teamwork, and passion for problem-solving.

We seek an individual with:

  • 8-12 years of software testing experience in server-side testing with back-end testing knowledge and UNIX/Linux command line tools proficiency.
  • Commercial experience with Linux-based scripting languages, such as Bash and Python.
  • Financial services, trading, or capital markets domain experience is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, multitasking ability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify project risks, meet deadlines, and determine testing scope based on business requirements.
  • Independent planning, setting up test environments, and analyzing test results.
  • Mentoring junior QA team members and guiding them through training sessions.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in computer science, information systems, or related disciplines.
