- 1-2 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead the team effectively.
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Decision-making skills to make informed choices.
- Postgraduate degree in any field, preferably in management or a related field.
