Strategic Human Resources Implementation Specialist

As a key player in driving HR technology initiatives, you will oversee the end-to-end deployment/updating/customization and integration of Oracle HCM all modules globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation process for all Oracle HCM modules
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices
  • Training, testing & Quality assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides, plan pilots, testing, and provide end-user training and support
  • Change Management and digital adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR products
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements

For this role, we require 12 to 15+ years of experience implementing HR systems, managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, and setting up HR analytics and insights functions. You should have strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and HR technology solutions, along with proficiency in excel and report automation tools and familiarity with Gen AI tools and data migration within the SuccessFactors environment.
