We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill this challenging role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Meet performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably with US clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
