Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • ITIL Knowledge: Basic knowledge of ITIL is required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong hands-on Linux Administration & troubleshooting, Scripting, VMware, Cron scheduling for backups, LVM, Basics on Java, C++, Ansible, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing), UAT-DC-DR environment, VAPT, SCD, SCR, SAN Storage, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, Backup & restore, Commvault.
  • Languages: Basic understanding of Shell scripting, Python, Perl.
  • Best Practices: Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.
