Workday Absence Management Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Workday Absence Management solutions with a focus on EMEA-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, test, and maintain global absence plans, accruals, time-off policies, Proration calculations, and eligibility rules in Workday.
  • Develop and specialize in EMEA absence policies to ensure compliance with local country regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and regional business stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-friendly absence solutions globally.

This role requires a deep understanding of Workday functionality and the ability to analyze complex absence processes to provide expert solutions.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of Workday Absence Management configuration and customization.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining EMEA-specific absence policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex absence process issues.
