Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive growth through account-based marketing strategies. As an AVP, Account Based Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted campaigns that engage high-value enterprise accounts.

You will leverage cutting-edge tools to predict buying intent and personalize outreach. Your ability to partner closely with sales, SDRs, and customer success teams is crucial in aligning marketing with revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with top ABM tech, including Marketo, Terminus, Drift, and CRM integrations. You should also be proficient in running multi-channel engagement campaigns, such as LinkedIn ads, executive roundtables, email sequences, direct mail, and programmatic campaigns.

A strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analytics reporting tools are essential in tracking pipeline contribution, deal velocity, engagement rates, and optimizing campaigns in real-time.

Requirements
  • 10+ years in ABM marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in ABM, demand generation, and enterprise-level marketing
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in data analytics reporting tools
  • Exceptional collaboration, project management, and strategic execution skills
