Optimize Warehouse Operations

Shape the future of EV battery manufacturing by optimizing IT solutions that drive warehouse and inventory operations. As a Systems Engineer – WMS, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration between material handling systems, production supply chains, and enterprise applications.

This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge technology and logistics, enhancing efficiency, minimizing material flow disruptions, and ensuring compliance with traceability and quality standards. You will collaborate across supply chain, automation, and IT teams, integrating cutting-edge WMS solutions that support performance, scalability, and innovation in battery manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configure Dassault Delmia Apriso MOM WMS for battery manufacturing workflows.
  • Be proactively involved in the WMS solution design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance.
  • Earnsure the WMS is configured to represent all warehouse and logistics workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT solution architects as a team to translate business requirements into WMS capabilities.
  • Play a fundamental role to enhance WMS and logistics-driven operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of WMS with interfacing to OT systems (SCADA, WCS, Automation, IoT).
  • Enable WMS connectivity with IT systems (ERP, MES, ASRS, WCS) for real-time data flow.
  • Ensure timely delivery and milestone adherence of Manufacturing projects.
  • Provide technical expertise in development, testing, and cross-functional team engagement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Update and maintain comprehensive functional and technical design documentation.
  • Document data workflows between manufacturing systems and enterprise applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and lead workshops for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support WMS system users to ensure smooth operations and optimal system utilization.
