Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer discounts, calculating and issuing credit notes, and providing valuable insights to the management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer discounts by analyzing customer accounts and escalating any issues identified.
  • Calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual discounts to be given to customers and provide necessary provisions accurately based on approved schemes.
  • Assist in month-end closing including providing timely reports/analyses.
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Sales Operations teams to prepare weekly/monthly reports and analyses.
  • Perform day-to-day finance activities of branch.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CA/CMA/MBA degree with 2-3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT, and Advanced Excel.
  • Working knowledge in SAP.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
