Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Operations Manager based in our location. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, including managing team members, collaborating with retail partners, coordinating projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

The key responsibilities also include maintaining accounting records, inventory management, ensuring the studio's presentation is up to the highest standards, and facilitating effective communication between departments.

The ideal candidate has a drive to build a direct to consumer brand with a thriving community, possesses lateral and dynamic thinking with high energy, because we are growing quickly.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Team Leadership and Project Management
  • Sales experience with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Relevant experience in the design or textile industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Design, or a related field
