Key Business Development Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development professional to establish and maintain strategic business tie-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and collaborating with key decision-makers from various industries such as hotels, schools, offices, clubs, hospitals, etc for their expansion or new construction requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Biz Dev & Lead Gen: Follow up on business leads and referrals assigned by the inside sales team, driving the sales process forward.
  • Sales Strategies & CX: Develop and implement smart, data-driven strategies that ensure efficient sales processes and an outstanding customer experience.
  • Client Engagement: Travel to various client locations, conduct product presentations, and product demonstrations to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Results Focus: Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment, maintaining flexibility and focusing on achieving results.
  • Mktg Initiatives & Expansion: Take part in local marketing initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and help scale the business in your region.
