Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a challenging role in our organization. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and contribute to the success of our growing company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scope Definition: Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
  • Status Reporting: Provide status to the Test Lead / Manager
  • Team Support: Support testing team
  • Collaboration: Working closely with BA's, functional lead and Development team
  • Test Planning: Support in Test Planning, and managing the testing effort for any given release
  • Test Design: Design Test scenarios and Test Cases
  • Bug Tracking: Bug Tracking and Reporting
  • Defect Coordination: Defect Coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • e-commerce Domain Expertise: Must have experience in the e-commerce domain with expertise in both mobile and web testing
  • API Testing: Good experience in API testing
  • SDLC Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its methodologies
  • Test Planning and Execution: Proficient in writing and executing test plans and test cases in highly structured environments
  • Integration and Functional Testing: Solid hands-on experience in Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Testing, Smoke Testing, and Regression Testing
  • Estimation and Planning: Able to identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans
  • Jira and Agile: Working experience with Jira and Agile-driven projects
  • Performance Testing: Good to have experience in performance testing and Firebase Analytics
  • Mobile Testing Tools: Advantage to have experience in tool for mobile testing
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and communication skills
  • Managerial and Testing Techniques: Implement effective managerial and testing techniques
  • Functional Requirements: Ability to interact with technical team to convert functional requirement to test specs
  • Test Data Preparation: Experienced in preparing test data, Preparation of test cases and Test execution
  • Client Focus: Very client focused with regards to service delivery
