Candidate Needed for CPG Expert Role

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional with 15+ years of expertise in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry to lead and scale our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic guidance and functional expertise across client engagements, focusing on pricing, marketing, trade, and innovation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across strategy, commercial, and analytics teams to drive business growth.
  • Develop problem statements, solution approaches, and execution strategies to meet client needs.
  • Review deliverables and ensure industry relevance and strategic impact.
  • Help build and refine our capability through accelerator development, reusable frameworks, and internal training programs.
  • Contribute to sales enablement by co-creating point-of-view documents, pitches, proposals, and proofs-of-concept grounded in real-world CPG strategy and operations.
  • Represent us in client conversations, industry forums, or executive briefings as a respected voice on CPG topics.
  • Mentor and coach internal teams to develop future CPG talent within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of professional experience in the CPG industry or consulting roles focused on CPG clients.
  • Deep functional knowledge across the CPG value chain, particularly in marketing strategy, pricing and revenue growth management, trade promotion, and consumer and market insights.
  • Proven experience working closely with senior stakeholders and driving business growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a track record of solving complex, cross-functional challenges in CPG.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize and present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience contributing to capability building, knowledge assets, and internal best practices within a consulting or service-based organization.
  • Comfort working in a highly collaborative environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
