Senior Design Director - Studio Leadership Role

About the Job

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Design Director to lead our studio, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance. As the head of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles from concept to execution, shaping the aesthetic and functional quality of our spaces, and ensuring they meet brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Studio Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of architects and interior designers, allocating resources, workload, and project timelines efficiently.
  • Design Strategy & Execution: Champion workplace strategy, conceptualize innovative designs, and ensure all projects meet brand guidelines and client requirements.
  • Project & Operational Excellence: Deliver projects on time and within budget, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and output quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in architecture and corporate interior design, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in workplace design, corporate interiors, and managing full-cycle projects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, innovative, and successfully executed workplace projects.
