Job Title: Transaction Advisory Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality work under the guidance of our team lead.

  • Coordinate with transaction teams to support project development, including close interaction with client working-level team members and other stakeholders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing.
  • Analyze complex financial models by identifying key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis to ensure compliance with project documents and applicable accounting & taxation principles.
  • Support the design and development of best solutions for clients by gathering information and conducting analysis.
  • Prepare reports, information memoranda, summaries, and presentations.
Your Key Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for interacting and engaging with client teams to understand their requirements, responding to their changing needs and priorities, and supporting the team in designing and developing solutions to address their needs and requirements.

In addition, you will conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, competitors, analyze data, and write reports to generate Business Development opportunities, and support in responding to proposals requested by potential clients.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Full-Time MBA in Finance from a premier B-School.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory only.
  • Experience with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms is preferred.
  • A basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working.
  • Strong Financial Modelling Acumen.
