We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to spearhead our quality initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality management with strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality processes in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee preparation for audits and certifications; act as the primary point of contact for auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Train and guide internal teams on quality procedures and audit protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or quality management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory standards, documentation, and audit protocols.
