Software Architectural Specialist

This role entails creating, implementing and maintaining scalable architectures to meet business needs. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identifying technical opportunities and developing strategic solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, building and deploying large-scale software systems to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Leading architectural discussions, documenting decisions and driving consistency across projects.
  • Participating in the development of enterprise-wide architecture roadmaps and strategy.
  • Mentoring junior team members on architectural best practices and ensuring knowledge transfer throughout the organization.
  • Conducting regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and industry-leading practices.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition, including Spring Boot and Apache Spark.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming principles, design patterns and web application development frameworks.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, scalability and performance optimization techniques.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing large-scale software systems.
  • 15 years full-time education required.
