About the Role

This position involves verifying client data, performing due diligence checks, and liaising with business compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met.

As a Reg Tax analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing various regulatory documents related to clients, ensuring the bank is in compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Verify client data for new and existing clients, including KYC documentation review
  • Perform due diligence checks on Clients, including review of KYC documentation
  • Liaise with Business Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Advise on KYC requirements and sign off on new client adoptions

You will be working closely with the business to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.

Your Skills and Experience
  • 6 years of relevant work experience in AML KYC compliance related to corporate financial services industry
  • Understanding of Control, Compliance, Investigation chasing functions in banks
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines (FSA, JMLSG, 3rd EU Money Laundering Directive, MiFID)
