Change Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Expert to join our team. As a Change Management Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects or change initiatives meet their objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into their project plans.
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Support communication efforts, including the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
  • Assess the change impact and conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-14 years of relevant experience in change management.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge and experience in Change Management.
  • Prosci certification is good to have.
  • Consulting experience in Change Management is a must.
  • Supply chain/S4 Hana experience is an added advantage.
