Key Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales strategy and drive growth through treasury-as-a-service offerings to corporates via an innovative AI platform.

This cutting-edge platform assists MSMEs in managing their cost of money and transactions, particularly for handling foreign remittances, making banking costs transparent, and helping them build the right capital structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Treasury Strategy: Develop strategies and plans to expand the Taas footprint at the city level.
  • Client Advisory: Provide expert advice to clients on managing their exposure to currency and rates markets through the treasury Agentic AI platform.
  • Business Development: Build relationships with corporates (MSMEs & MNCs) and undertake the entire business development cycle, from lead generation to on-boarding and retaining corporates.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage marquee client relationships, ensure retention, and upsell through unique value propositions and advisory services of the treasury platform.
  • People Management: Lead and mentor the sales team to expand into the network of MSMEs and corporates that could partner with the platform.

Requirements:

  • Upto 5 years experience in banking, with subject matter expertise in treasury, for-ex, commercial borrowings &/or trade.
  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • A broad network of corporates and MSMEs.
  • Ability to work in a startup environment.
