Cloud Infrastructure Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of projects related to our AWS cloud environments. This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure the performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments.

The Cloud Infrastructure Project Lead will oversee cross-functional projects, manage cloud-focused teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients. The position requires strong technical expertise in AWS, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate projects in dynamic and distributed environments.

  • Lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile/Scrum or traditional methodologies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile principles.
  • Oversee projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, MBA or equivalent professional experience, and 5+ years of experience in systems administration, project management, and client-facing roles.

The key qualifications for this role include:

  • Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration.
  • Understanding of cloud security practices and monitoring tools (SIEM).
