Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Engineer

This position involves working with key stakeholders to map end-to-end pharmaceutical processes, focusing on biologics.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement MES recipes using Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS)
Must have experience in manufacturing engineering MES, specifically with life sciences manufacturing. Good understanding of SDLC methodologies and ERP integration.
A minimum 7.5 years of experience is required in pharmaceutical manufacturing, along with a full-time 15 years of education.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with process engineers to develop reusable recipe structures
- Work closely with DCS teams for seamless MES-DCS integration
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (GMP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Support and maintain MES systems in a validated state
Requirements:
- MES experience in life sciences manufacturing, specifically with Rockwell FTPS
- Hands-on experience in MES-DCS integration for process automation
- Knowledge of ERP and Data Historian integration with MES
