Key Aspects of a Senior Account Relationship Manager

The primary function of this role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with affluent clients to maximize revenue growth. To achieve this, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing strategic plans to acquire new high net worth (HNI) clients while fostering existing relationships.

  • Conducting thorough client profiling to identify opportunities for growth and matching their needs with our products or services.
  • Developing targeted business strategies to enhance customer stickiness, increase revenues, and sustain relationship value through liability, asset, and fee-based products.
  • Designing and implementing sales initiatives to expand our customer base by acquiring new HNI clients.
  • Carrying out regular client portfolio reviews using investment expertise and recommending suitable products based on individual client requirements.
  • Ensuring seamless communication with clients to maintain contactability and promptly address any queries.
  • Adhering to regulatory processes at all times while ensuring compliance with banking standards.
