Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing sharp visuals that capture the essence of our brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality creatives for various channels, including social media, blogs, ads, and digital campaigns.
  • Translate project briefs into compelling visual narratives with strong attention to layout, hierarchy, and typography.
  • Create brand-aligned assets across marketing, internal branding, hiring, and client-facing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated on visual trends, digital aesthetics, and evolving social media formats.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery with strong creative quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design agency, freelance, or in-house.
  • A strong portfolio reflecting good aesthetic judgment and experience in digital-first content.
  • Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to balance creativity with practical deadlines.
