What You'll Do

As a CX Solution Value Adoption Advisor, you will be responsible for driving business transformation by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Your mission is to work closely with clients to understand their challenges and develop tailored strategies for adoption and consumption of our solutions. This involves leveraging your expertise in E2E business processes, capabilities, and best practices to diagnose customers' adoption and consumption opportunities and provide actionable advice on how to leverage SAP's solutions to drive better business value and outcomes.

You will be working across various CX domains, including Marketing, Commerce, Sales, Service, and Customer Data Cloud, combined with BTP, AI, integration, and mobility technologies. Your role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and improve under-adopted solutions, processes, and functions
  • Ensure Adoption Plays are recommended and executed consistently and efficiently
  • Collaborate with CX and Regional Stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Identify, create, and deliver common patterns and needs to drive scale for outreach
  • Drive continuous improvement and follow a consistent approach
  • Talk with business stakeholders and influencers about their business goals and how they measure success to be able to identify and advise/deliver on key areas of improvement

What You Bring

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of success in driving business transformation. You should have:

  • A university degree in computer science or a comparable education
  • A minimum of 6+ years of professional work experience, with a strong understanding of main mechanisms behind adoption & consumption
  • A customer success mindset and strong customer focus
  • The ability to talk with business stakeholders about business goals, values, and outcomes on an equal footing
  • Business process advisory and customer engagement experience (business capabilities and E2E processes)
  • Solid cross-CX domain and solution expertise
  • Proficiency in CX Sales and Service Cloud solutions (experience in additional CX Solutions is excellent)
  • The ability to work with global customers across time zones
  • An understanding of different SAP platforms and integration technologies
  • A results-driven and focused approach, with a multiplier mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Fluent in English (Spanish, German, or Japanese is an asset)
  • Excellent communications/presentation skills (oral, written)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and team player

Salary Range:$100,000 - $140,000 per year
