Job Summary

We seek a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to drive measurable growth and optimize performance across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that align with client goals, focusing on data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media, and other key channels, ensuring effective budget allocation and optimal resource utilization.
  • Analyse user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion pathways using data analytics tools, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably at a creative agency or in-house team.
  • Hands-on experience with leading digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and relevant data analytics tools.
  • Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, as well as A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present campaign insights and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Cross-functional collaboration with content, creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and maximum impact.
Reporting & Insights:
  • Deliver detailed campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations, leveraging KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and engagement metrics to inform future planning and decision-making.
