Job Title: Account Receivable SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Account Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting targets and SLAs, excellent communication skills (oral and written), and proficiency in MS Office and PC literacy.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the collection of complex and high-profile accounts in our portfolio, following a defined strategy and ensuring timely receipt of payments.You will implement service stops and remove unnecessary stops according to established processes, review outstanding UMCC and on-account payments against ICMP guidelines, and identify potential write-offs to clear aged debts and achieve debt and cash targets.The successful candidate will also ensure timely and accurate dunning processes, hand over insolvent customers or those unwilling to pay to legal collections, and collaborate with teams to detect and improve process opportunities for collection and system improvements.Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to close technical knowledge gaps through review and collaboration with administrators and team leaders.To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in OTC Collections (required).
  • Finance background preferred, with B.com and MBA (Finance) graduates ideal.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and project methodology experience.
