As a Case Analysis Intern at Springworks, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of a leading background verification platform. You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  2. Assist in conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  5. Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  6. Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.
  7. Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/graduate in any field
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.
