Job Title: Customer Data Solutions Developer

We are seeking an experienced developer to design, implement, and support customer data solutions.

  • Develop and configure customer data management systems.
  • Design and implement data models to standardize and validate customer data.
  • Configure and execute data quality rules to cleanse and enrich customer information.
  • Build and customize pages, business entities, field groups, hierarchies, and workflows in customer data platforms.
  • Develop and maintain cloud application integration processes to support customer data integrations.
  • Configure and maintain match & merge rules for accurate customer data mastering.
  • Develop, manage, and expose open APIs for customer data services and integrations.
  • Update and enhance business entities, attributes, and field groups as per business requirements.
  • Perform data modeling (logical/physical) and define customer hierarchies and relationships.
  • Implement and manage role-based access control for secure and compliant data access.
  • Develop and troubleshoot ingress/egress jobs, including FTP/SFTP, APIs, and file-based integrations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data quality and data stewardship processes, experience with cloud application integration, and proficiency in match & merge rules configuration, survivorship, and hierarchy management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of experience with customer data management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with customer data platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of data quality and data stewardship processes.
  • Experience with cloud application integration for orchestrating workflows.
  • Proficiency in match & merge rules configuration, survivorship, and hierarchy management.
  • Good understanding of cloud data integration for real-time and batch integrations.
