About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage Amazon Seller Central operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's marketplace processes and policies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central operations to ensure seamless product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales performance.
  • Maintain account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon's terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, stock levels, and order management.
  • Resolve catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support in a timely manner.
  • Develop and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance reports to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon's policies and marketplace processes.
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis.
  • Able to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce tools and software.
