Job Title: Data Integration Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Integration Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data migration, ETL/ELT processes, and database management. They will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing complex data migrations, as well as developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations;
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets;
  • Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) so the thought process becomes second nature;
  • Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into production environments and supporting customer success to delight clients during migration;
  • Establish clear, efficient processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management;
  • Utilize expertise in AWS Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 20 years of experience in conducting customer migrations, transforming data to onboard customers into software or solutions, and internal migration experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
