Dev QA Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Dev QA Engineer to fill a pivotal role in our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing release sanity testing, managing release deployments in both Dev and Staging environments, and ensuring that product development and staging environments remain consistently up-to-date with new releases.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough release sanity testing to ensure seamless deployment processes.
  • Manage release deployments in both Dev and Staging environments with precision.
  • Maintain product development and staging environments by keeping them consistently up-to-date with new releases.
  • Conduct performance testing to guarantee optimal performance of our products before release to the QA team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic experience in QA processes and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools and release management processes.
  • Basic knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to development and staging environments.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., shell scripting, Python) for environment management or automation.
