People Operations Specialist

We are seeking an individual to join our People team in a role that will ensure our people-first culture is operationalized daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist with preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences making new employees feel welcome.
  • HRIS Management: Support the maintenance of accurate data on attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries.
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities from exit letters and documentation to collecting feedback ensuring a respectful and smooth transition.
  • Policy Support: Draft and communicate People policies in line with our async-friendly culture.
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate events such as book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins to promote a culture that is lived not just written.
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documenting agreements and maintaining records to keep us audit-ready.
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback to continuously improve.
  • AI Lover: Experiment with AI and incorporate best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements.

Bonus points for experience in logistics, admin coordination, or strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing data and reports.

Your first 3 months look like:

  • Month 1: Learn systems, Keka docs shadow onboarding & admin tasks.
  • Month 2: Own data accuracy, vendor coordination & support events.
  • Month 3: Run onboarding end-to-end, manage ops independently and provide insights for process improvement.
