Application Production Support Engineer

We are seeking an expert Production Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the monitoring and issue resolution of enterprise-grade systems.
- Monitor and manage support tickets via JIRA and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across various technologies, including IBM Sterling B2B integrations and translation services, UiPath RPA workflows, database systems (SQL Server, Aurora PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, BigQuery), and cloud-native platforms.
You will also perform regular health checks and performance monitoring of applications, integrations, and databases. Additionally, you will assist with deployment validations, patch installations, and performance tuning as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Incident Management: Provide timely incident response and resolution according to defined SLAs.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance: Perform regular health checks, monitor performance, and proactively escalate critical issues.
- Strong technical background in application support and troubleshooting.
- Experience with IBM Sterling B2B, UiPath RPA, cloud-native databases, and JIRA ticketing systems.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
