As a seasoned expert in Artificial Intelligence Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of cutting-edge GenAI projects. Collaborating closely with diverse teams of engineers, you will leverage your expertise in large language models to develop and optimize innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, training, and deployment of large language models using techniques like prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based architectures.
  • Maintain high-quality code in Python and SQL, focusing on reusable components, scalability, and performance best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, translate technical details, and deliver impactful AI products.
  • Provide technical leadership and knowledge-sharing to the engineering team, fostering best practices in machine learning and large language model development.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in building Machine Learning models & systems
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques, particularly prompt engineering, RAG, and agents
  • Expert proficiency in programming skills in Python, Langchain/Langgraph, and SQL
  • Understanding of Cloud services from Azure, GCP, or AWS for building GenAI applications
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business SMEs
