Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned AI developer to spearhead the creation of advanced machine learning models and pipelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of generative AI and experience in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems, including training and deployment pipelines, model compression algorithms, and productionizing research solving complex business problems.

  • Design and Develop Generative Models: Utilize techniques like RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches to design and develop robust generative AI models.
  • Fine-Tune Pre-Trained LLMs: Fine-tune pre-trained large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks and domains, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct Research: Conduct in-depth research on new techniques for improving the performance and capabilities of generative AI models, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Apply Software Engineering Rigor: Apply software engineering best practices and rigor to machine learning/generative AI pipelines, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
  • Evaluate Model Performance: Evaluate and analyze the performance of ML/generative AI models, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring and maintaining their performance, with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models, with a deep understanding of their applications and limitations.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux, with a good understanding of server management and cloud-based ecosystems.
  • Exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools, with a focus on leveraging their capabilities to drive business value.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently, with a methodical and meticulous approach to planning and execution.
