Job Role:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Design Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and be able to create innovative designs based on client conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects, showcasing a deep understanding of client objectives and desires.
  • Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and expectations, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop engaging presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
  • Prepare detailed quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
