Job Title: Creative Visual Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Creative Visual Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in visual design, encompassing graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, and InDesign. Additional proficiency in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is considered an added advantage. Experience in the luxury, jewelry, or lifestyle industry will be given preference.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visuals for various digital and print mediums. This includes branding and identity, social media and digital content, marketing collaterals, motion graphics, and web & UI/UX support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually stunning logos, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks
  • Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates)
  • Design marketing collaterals including brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, advertisements
  • Deliver motion graphics and video editing services, including basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions
  • Support web and UI/UX development with website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites
  • Provide photography and editing support, including retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups
  • Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy
  • Maintain consistency and innovation in all design output

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an agency setting
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable individual
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
