Cybersecurity Centre Lead Position

The Cybersecurity Centre Lead is responsible for overseeing the operational and implementation aspects of a Centre of Excellence in Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and refine processes for CoE initiatives, and its day-to-day management
  • Ensure CoE achieves its strategic objectives as defined by stakeholders
  • Develop and implement short-term, mid-term, and long-term action plans consistent with CoE objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of overall experience with at least 8-10 years of experience in IT/Cyber/IT Security Innovation/Cyber Research/Cyber Industry Research/IT Project Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to motivate and develop security professionals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capability to make sound decisions under pressure
