Job Opportunity: Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

This is a key role within our organization, where you will design, configure, and optimize financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes using Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements for planning, budgeting, and consolidation activities.
  • Designing and configuring EPBCS modules, including Workforce, Financials, Capex, Projects, and Custom applications to support business needs.
  • Implementing and maintaining FCCS for financial close, consolidation, and reporting purposes.
  • Developing business rules, dashboards, Smart View templates, and financial reports to provide insights and drive decision-making.
  • Managing data integrations using Data Management or EPM Integration Agent to ensure seamless data flow.
  • SUPPORTING MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND ANNUAL BUDGETING AND FINANCIAL CLOSE CYCLES TO MEET BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
  • Performing testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of EPM applications to ensure optimal performance.

What You Bring:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A, consolidation, and reporting processes, including intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and ownership management.
  • Proficiency in Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Web Studio.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, security setup, and workflow administration to ensure data integrity and access control.
  • Familiarity with business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to drive informed decision-making.
  • Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2+ years each in EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
