Job Title: Oracle EPM FCCS, ARCS & EPBCS Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with expertise in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), ARCS (Account Reconciliation), and EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). The role involves end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of EPM Cloud applications to drive accurate consolidation, streamlined reconciliations, and effective planning & forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS solutions.
  • Work with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
  • Develop metadata, business rules, calculations, data forms, and dashboards across all three applications.
  • Configure account reconciliations in ARCS, including profiles, formats, and matching rules.
  • Support consolidation and close cycles in FCCS, including intercompany eliminations, cash flow, and reporting.
  • Build planning, budgeting, and forecasting models in EPBCS, including workforce, capex, and financials.
  • Manage data integration and automation between EPM modules and ERP systems using Data Management and EPM Automate.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Smart View queries for end-users.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, audit requirements, and corporate policies.
  • Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and transfer knowledge to business teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in FCCS, ARCS, and EPBCS (design, build, and support).
  • Solid understanding of financial close, account reconciliations, and planning cycles.
  • Proficiency with EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE, and Reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and FP&A processes.
  • Ability to work in both project implementation and support environments.
