Expert SAP FICO Implementation Specialist

Transform your career as a seasoned SAP FICO implementation specialist with 10-12 years of experience in leading and managing complex implementations. This role requires extensive expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, particularly in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional who can lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • The ideal candidate will utilize their deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to drive successful deployments, integrating it with other modules for seamless functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Process Optimization: Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance within the SAP FICO module.
  2. Configuration & Customization: Perform detailed configuration of SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
  3. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP module consultants to ensure seamless integration between FICO and other modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR.
  4. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
  5. Training & Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the SAP FICO system post-implementation.
  6. Project Management: Lead project teams in an agile environment, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to budgets.
  7. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that the SAP FICO solution meets all compliance requirements and supports accurate financial reporting.
  8. Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • S/4HANA Public Cloud: At least one full life cycle implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud functionalities, and integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
