Job Description

The Position Overview:

  • Structural Engineer
  • 5-25 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive engineering design and analysis for assigned projects in Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas Plants.
  • Develop and review detailed project specifications, PFDs, P&IDs, design calculations, and procurement specifications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Estimate and execute engineering work related to bids, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil and structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP, and STAAD Foundation (preferable).
  • Familiarity with Finite Element Method-based connection design tools like Ideastatica.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D modeling software like Tekla Structure, Navisworks, and SPR.
  • Jacket and topside pre-service analysis, jacket impact analysis, jacket and topside fatigue analysis, pile drivability analysis, loading calculations, and loading sketches.
  • Basic understanding of industrial architecture, process equipment handling (PHE), and roadways.
  • Hands-on experience in structural steel and reinforced concrete design and detailing.
  • International codes and standards expertise is highly desirable.
  • Responsible for quality checks and assurance of reviewed drawings.
