Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing projects with a focus on value, speed, compliance, and risk management.
  • This role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and negotiating with suppliers.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with controls, audits, and regulatory obligations across sourcing cycles.
  • Contract remediation experience is required, including Data Privacy, OCIR, and country-specific terms.
  • Negotiating and overseeing third-party Supplier Control Obligations and supporting stakeholders with vendor engagement risks is essential.
  • The successful candidate will identify opportunities for process improvements and buying channel optimization.

Key Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in sourcing/procurement preferably in technology procurement within financial services.
  • Strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, and compliance is required.
  • A proven track record in contractual review and redlining is necessary.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across divisions is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills are required.
  • Leadership qualities to set objectives, coach teams, and drive operational effectiveness are necessary.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in operational/core sourcing teams in technology is preferred.
  • Regulatory remediation experience (Data Privacy, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and governance practices is an asset.
