About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Essvee Consultant. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and online channels
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress
  • Fundamentally responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
