Global Process Lead - People Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their extensive experience in business excellence, transformation, and application management to lead our People Services (PS) Global Process Ownership team.

  • Spearhead digital transformation and automation initiatives, utilizing RPA, business analytics, Workday & ServiceNow application management expertise to optimize service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Leverage their strong track record of managing portfolios and achieving high utilization of capacity to drive initiatives that result in significant cost savings and value generation.
  • Support the establishment and implementation of key performance metrics and actionable dashboards to improve transparency, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our organization's vision and goals, as well as excellent stakeholder and customer relationship management skills. They will also be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, influencing product development teams and driving high-value solutions.
