Job Description

As a Supply Chain Digital Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's procurement, planning, and distribution processes through data-driven strategies. Your expertise in advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning will be instrumental in optimizing operations and supporting high-quality healthcare solutions.

The successful candidate will develop a comprehensive Supply Chain data science strategy to align with procurement and planning objectives, integrating key data sources for enhanced visibility and accuracy in procurement decisions and planning processes. They will also evaluate emerging technologies to enhance data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scientific replenishment strategies in Trade markets.
  • Design predictive AI/ML models for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Explore advanced analytics techniques to derive insights from large datasets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain digital transformation, with a focus on data analytics and AI/ML.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
